my baking skills are going downhill. i think it's because i was getting cocky and called myself a baking queen.

my M&M cookies, while very tasty, were looking flat and deflated. so, i added a little flour and now they are plumping up a bit.

when in doubt, add flour.

The Rolo Scarf.

We don't have snow like you Midwesterners, but it is pretty wet and cold over here. Scarf weather. I finally finished the stripey scarf for Toby. And there's a good chance he'll wear it, even though it looks VERY handmade. This picture doesn't show off the scarf as much, but it shows off my handsome husband.
