the visit

i've been waiting to write this post until i've uploaded all of the pictures.

that's not going to happen.

it takes so much flippin' time to upload pictures, you've no idea. well, you might have some idea, but the thing is, i take so many and i like most of them, so it's really hard.

i hope we made some more memories.

the zoo

a few weekends ago, we went to the whipsnade zoo.



it's a pretty big place and holds a lot of animals the london zoo is missing. the reason for this is that all of the lovely animals, like hippos and elephants, need more space and they get that at the whipsnade zoo. lots of space. they even just let wallabys roam about. peacocks too.

i haven't felt like anything for awhile. the weather's been sad for a week and i've been avoiding.

today it is sunny (and a little cloudy) and warm. i'm drinking coffee and toby's cycled out to the park for a little morning workout.

i want to put on some music and get things done. it won't happen and there will be more avoiding, but we've finally got a deadline. next weekend we will have a super awesome vistor staying for a whole 10 days!! i think that will perk things up around here.

so, for today we must do what we must to get by. the grocery store, dishes, laundry. and cycling in the sunshine.

as much cycling in the sunshine as possible.
